Position Circumstances

Working from Monday – Saturday (Half Day)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand the products and their key features and prepare the necessary materials for presentation.
- Present the company’s products to prospective clients and clients.
- Actively work with engineering teams to ensure that the technical design meet the customer’s requirements.
- Communicate with sales team to understand client’s demands and offer sales support when it is necessary.
- Offer the technical solutions to customer’s inquiries.
- Issue the quotation and prepare the sales reports on a weekly basis.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or other related fields. ITC graduate is a plus.
- Able to explain the technical and conceptual design in lay-man terms.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Basic knowledge related to water chemistry, water pumps, motors, etc.
- Proficient in English both verbal and written.
Soft Skills
- Flexible, adaptable, punctual, and be able to work under pressure.
- Be available to go to province.
Sales Administrator
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Showroom and office management;
- Daily report to sales manager;
- Daily sales activities (company’s shop);
- Inventory and stock management;
- Manage marketing advertisement materials;
- Provide administrative support to the sales team on a daily basis;
- Prepare, process, and track sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts;
- Maintain and update customer records in systems;
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment;
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support;
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation;
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize sales events;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures;
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and filing systems;
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by sales manager.
