Sales Engineer

Position Circumstances

  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary

Product: Chemical dosing pump and water-related products

Gender: Male/Female

Working from Monday – Saturday (Half Day)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Understand the products and their key features and prepare the necessary materials for presentation.
  • Present the company’s products to prospective clients and clients.
  • Actively work with engineering teams to ensure that the technical design meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Communicate with sales team to understand client’s demands and offer sales support when it is necessary.
  • Offer the technical solutions to customer’s inquiries.
  • Issue the quotation and prepare the sales reports on a weekly basis.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or other related fields. ITC graduate is a plus.
  • Able to explain the technical and conceptual design in lay-man terms.
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
  • Basic knowledge related to water chemistry, water pumps, motors, etc.
  • Proficient in English both verbal and written.
Soft Skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, punctual, and be able to work under pressure.
  • Be available to go to province.
 
 

Sales Administrator

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Working from Monday – Saturday (Half Day)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Showroom and office management;
  • Daily report to sales manager;
  • Daily sales activities (company’s shop);
  • Inventory and stock management;
  • Manage marketing advertisement materials;
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team on a daily basis;
  • Prepare, process, and track sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts;
  • Maintain and update customer records in systems;
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment;
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support;
  • Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation;
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize sales events;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures;
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and filing systems;
  • Responsible for other tasks assigned by sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in sales administrator.
  • Have Electronic devices & Chemicals knowledge is priority.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. If Chinese is priority.
  • Good computer literacy in Ms. Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email].
Soft Skills
  • Good time management and work flexibility depend on job requirement.
  • Good team work, willing to support others.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Sales Executive

Position Summary

Product: Indoor LED Lighting

Gender: male/female

Working from Monday – Saturday (Half Day)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Outdoor daily sales activities.
  • Arrange the schedule and meeting appointment for product presentation to prospective clients and clients.
  • Weekly Sales and Activity Report to line manager.
  • Promote company’s products to the market.
  • Follow up business opportunities and maintain good business relation with new and existing customers.
  • Sales report to line manager
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

  • Able to travel to provinces with a sudden notice and conduct business survey around the country.
  • Ability to connect and build trust through authentically empathy and logic
