Position Summary
The sales engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Fallprotec brand environment. This position is responsible for daily administrative functions and managing existing and new clients The Sales engineer will coordinate communication between clients, prospective clients and the Fallprotec Asia team in there head office in Bangkok.
The regional team will work together to maintain business growth and brand recognition within the Cambodian and ASEAN markets. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, prospective clients, customers and the management team to deliver consulting and height safety solutions and services. This includes managing responses to inquiries and developing business leads. This role requires you to have experience with email, facebook, and Microsoft office. We are looking for a Cambodian National who is able to speak, read, and write both Khmer and English.
Key liaison: Clients, Fallprotec executives and staff in Thailand and Vietnam offices
Report to: Managing Director
Salary Range: 450USD – 500 + Commissions
- Sales Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate sales activities and events, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, such as handling incoming calls, emails, Facebook and other enquiries and correspondence and follow up same .
- Scheduling and Coordination: meetings and appointments, and arrange training workshops.
- Sales Organization: Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement Fallprotec policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
- Prepared to develop an understanding of the Fallprotec business activities
- Develop business leads appropriate to our capabilities.
- Be prepared to support service/training delivery
- A bachelor’s degree in any engineering or construction disciplines, Management, or a related field (desirable)
- Require 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office management , site role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and familiarity with office equipment.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Ability to address issues proactively and find effective solutions.
- Ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
