Announcement Positions

Sales Consultant _Sales (15 Positions)

Position Summary

Benefit:

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Working hour: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Sunday (02 days off rotation)
  • 30$ per month for traveling from home to work;
  • 300$ for staff Baby Delivery both male staff and female staff;
  • 100$ for staff’s Marriage;
  • 100$ for Funeral Contribution;
  • 200% Overtime on public holiday;
  • 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • 200$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 100$ per child/ year;
  • Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit;
  • Staff’s lease with low interest rate;
  • Insurance NSSF and Motor Insurance covered by company;

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Maintains relationships with sales team by providing support, information, guidance and service improvements
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & in order to achieved with sales target
  • Work closely with team and all departments
  • Make good relationship with Dealer and provide good service to us
  • Assist sales team to prepare internal documents (Application Form/Lease Agreement, Disbursal Form, RC control and others)
  • Keep all customers confidential information
  • Update all applicant's information into system in daily
  • Tracking number of disbursals in daily and update to management
  • Other task will be assigned by line manager

  • Fresh graduated or university student in Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing or in any related field;
  • Fair knowledge English Language and Ms Word, Excel, Email;

Staff, Credit Control (10 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To review and check all documents from sales consultant;
  • To prepare customer check list, CBC check, First enrolment;
  • To input customer’s information into system (DDE, prepare disbursal and agreement);
  • To prepare disbursal documents (Repayment schedule, payment information and related documents);
  • To make payment to dealer on time and manage documents filling;
  • Properly check and make sure all customer’s document are completed before submitting to supervisor;
  • To keep customer’s information in confidential safe and security (CBC reported, Business, Income, Customer’s personal document and working document);
  • Ensure policy and guideline are compiled;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

  • To call overdue customers or relevant party for pushing payment;
  • To prepare weekly on collection activities plan, and be responsible for phone and field collection;
  • To perform field collection activities according to line manager's instructions;
  • To build communication with the local authority;
  • To provide practical solution for collection activities;
  • To monitor the responsible overdue customers closely and report to line manager;
  • To Prepare the application form for bad debt and write off customers;
  • To conduct motorbike repossession from the delinquent customers for selling;

  • Customer visiting and investigation in order to analyze customer's business for loan approval financial factor and source of repayment.
  • Prepare credit investigate report to management
  • Make appointment with customer and other related person

  • Communicate with the authority or neighbor for check and collect the customer's information and documents
  • Make sure data collection from field corrected and clear information
  • Complete daily investigate report

  • Assist senior officer to prepare working papers documenting adequately work performed.
  • Assist senior officer in the preparation of a concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to the branch and department.
  • Assist tracking all audit issues and management's corrective action to final resolution.
  • Assist audit team in conducting spot check.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager.

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Banking/Finance and Business administration and related field
  • Basic Knowledge in Auditing.
  • Good English and Khmer in both speaking and writing.
  • Can speak Japanese laguage is preferred.
