Sales & Client Relations Associate
Position Circumstances

Be the first point of contact for new and current parents at Logic Lingo Academy. You'll respond to inquiries (mainly on Facebook and Telegram), guide families through enrollment and term renewals, and be the bridge between what families need and how our academic and operations teams deliver it.
- Schedule: 6 days per week. Saturday–Sunday on-site (8AM–5PM). Weekdays hybrid/remote (10AM–7PM) with 1 weekday off of your choice.
- Terms: 2-month probation, followed by continuous employment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for new and current parents, mainly through social media (Facebook, Telegram, Messenger) and also in person, by phone and by email.
- Respond to inquiries quickly, especially leads from our ads, and match each family with the right program.
- Know our courses, schedules and services inside out, so every answer is accurate and confident.
- Guide parents through enrollment, placement and term renewals from start to finish.
- Handle feedback and complaints with patience, empathy and professionalism, and make sure issues are resolved.
- Keep parent records and conversations up to date in our CRM.
- Follow up and check in with families proactively to make their experience feel personal.
- Share what parents are asking for, what's missing, and where we're losing them.
- Suggest and lead improvements to the customer experience and enrollment process.
- Work closely with the academic and operations teams so that what we promise parents is what they get.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent is required
- Khmer - Fluent is required
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- Managing social media inboxes (Facebook, Telegram, Messenger)
- CRM record-keeping
- General AI tools
- Experience converting leads from Facebook or Telegram is a plus.
