Work Condition:
- Monday to Saturday
- Work may require evening and weekend work
- Working hour 7:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- As Sales & Marketing Manager, the employee shall be responsible for the following:
- Promote and sell the company’s construction, engineering, and related services to local and foreign clients.
- Develop new business opportunities from Japanese and other markets in Cambodia.
- Conduct market research and survey to identify potential projects, investors, and business opportunities.
- Perform regular city field visits / site scanning / area roaming to monitor ongoing and upcoming developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and business owners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
- Coordinate internally with management and operations teams regarding project requirements.
- Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and industry movement.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Provide recommendations for business expansion and market penetration.
- Perform other duties related to sales and marketing as assigned by management.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Japanese - Good is required
- English - Good is required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred
Work History:
- Experience in Sales & Marketing for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Must be a College Graduate (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred)
- Experience in Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related industry is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in market research and client relationship management
- Must be able to communicate in Japanese & English
- Cambodian candidate who could speak requirement languages is an advantage
- Open for expat candidate who are presently live or work in Cambodia
