We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth and brand visibility. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives, boost revenue, and build strong customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Typical duties and responsibilities for a Sales and Marketing Manager include the following:
- Developing sales and marketing strategies, plans, and approaches to achieve business goals.
- Establish an annual budget to meet sales and marketing financial goals.
- Develop sales action plans for new and existing clients based on market needs and business objectives.
- Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
- Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics, then making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate and assist in the creation of new events, with an emphasis on advertising and promoting product to new clients while keeping positive relationships with existing customers.
- Oversee sales of company’s products.
- Work on sales contracts with our customers.
- Observing activities of competitor to spot potential markets for new products.
- Coordinating with production staff to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors in order to secure discounts and special offers.
- Creating marketing campaigns using print materials such as brochures, catalogues, and flyers as well as digital formats such as email blasts and social media posts.
- Developing budgets for marketing campaigns and recommending spending levels to management.
- Understand and apply digital marketing strategies to attract and engage the target audience.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in or an MBA is preferred
Work History:
- Extensive managerial experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related sector for 5 to 10 years

- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including product development, market research, advertising, and public relations.
- Strong understanding of business and industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Extremely skilled with Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms such as Video Marketing, SEO & SEM, Content Marketing, Data & Analytics, AI, Design Thinking & Planning, Email Marketing.
