Sales and Admission Consultant

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: USD 350 during probation; increase after probation; NSSF contributions included.

You support student recruitment and enrollment. You contact leads, meet visitors, explain courses clearly, and help students complete registration. Your goal is to provide good service and help the team reach monthly enrollment targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sales and student enrollment (calls, follow-up, walk-in visitors, closing).
  • Provide clear information and good customer service to students and parents.
  • Support the student registration process (documents, payment steps, confirmations).
  • Update the online CRM system daily.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Work History:
  • Sales or customer service experience for 1 year as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Comfortable making phone calls and meeting customers face-to-face.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email, messaging apps).
  • Good in Khmer for both speaking and writing
  • Good in English for both speaking and writing
Soft Skills
  • Good communication and a polite service attitude.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and target-focused.
  • Honest, organised, responsible.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Intern — Information Team (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Duration: AUGUST – OCTOBER 2026

Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

You support the daily academic operations of the academy. You help the Admission and Education Team keep student records accurate and support events for future students.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Admission and Education Team with daily operational tasks as assigned.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for Information Day events.
  • Organise and update student-related documentation
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Undergraduate Degree in education, administration, or a related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Careful and organised when working with documents and records.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Good in Khmer for both speaking and writing
  • Good in English for both speaking and writing

Intern — Sales & Admission

Position Summary

Duration: AUGUST – OCTOBER 2026

Schedule Part-time | Saturday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

You are the first point of contact for future students and their families on weekends, both in person and online. This role suits students who study on weekdays and want practical work experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries offline (walk-in visitors) and online (social media and phone calls).
  • Manage and communicate with customers in the CRM system.
  • Promote STEP programs and courses.
  • Support student registration.
  • Assist daily office operations and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Undergraduate Degree
Skills & Knowledge:
