Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Supervisor works closely with the General Manager.
Salary: Fix salary: depending on experience. Additional Monthly salary: Bonus on sales.

- Your main missions are:
- Maintain and develop the current customer base of the company.
- Expand the customer base and find new sales channels.
- Lead and manage sales force to reach sales targets.
- Organize and lead the marketing actions to increase company’s visibility; brand awareness; and promote our Products and Brands.
- Develop the company's activity, including being active on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn…).
- Follow-up Sales figures and provide reporting to GM.
- Additional marketing tasks as per company needs.

- Experience as a Sales & Marketing Supervisory role.
- Experience in Rice & Retail sectors is a plus.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Bold and Creative Mindset / Think outside the box.
- English and Khmer are required.
- Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork.
