- Requirements:
- The ideal candidate needs good interpersonal skills, good time management skills in balancing many projects in dynamic environment and the ability to think out-side of the box to find the alternative solution or simplify the work.
- Other Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales/marketing or business.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales Force/Marketing.
- Excellence of communication in English and Khmer.
- Excellence of operating computer such as Excel, Data Analysis, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Barista Trainer

The Bayon Coffee Academy Barista Trainer is responsible for effectively teaching barista, and personal development skills. The BCA Barista Trainer works closely with the rest of the BCA program team to ensure the program will meet enrollment, outcome, and training and student support goals. The Barista Trainer supports the business operations of the program with BCA Manager by, ensuring all customer service, food safety, sanitation and quality standards are being met.
- Student Training
- Daily interaction with students in a student-trainer environment with ongoing coaching, training and feedback to the students
- On the job culinary, café, customer service and personal development training
- Strong communication and partnership with Trainer II in student behavior and performance issues
- Classroom training and support
- Collaboration
- Actively participate in meetings with BCA Manager to ensure student success
- Actively communicate product needs, issues or concerns
- Make recommendations to improve curriculum using an aligned approach
- Support where needed to ensure student training and business needs are met
- Support program product cost goals; minimize waste, make recommendations for cost saving ideas

- Minimum 6 Month working experience in coffee/barista Trainer experience preferred
