Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Department – Project Logistics
Category - Shipping & Logistics
Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm
Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)
- Define target new customers and develop business new opportunities under Ben Line Project Logistics in Cambodia.
- Market research to find new projects, building contacts, visiting potential customers to search for new business and sales leads to send to international network partners.
- Maintain relationship with key accounts customers and finding new prospects.
- Coordinate between customer and operation team in order to arrange shipment smoothly, and make the delivery cargo on time.
- Update project schedule, monitor project schedule and cost, and identify actions required with relevant parties to keep project on track.
- Prepare quotation and rate update based on deadline.
- Record and file costs, expenses, revenues into job sheets, monthly SOA and follow up till collection customer’s payment.
- Monthly sales performance report to manager.
- Ensure procedures and guidelines are carried out during operations.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Fresh graduate
- Good English
- Computer literate
- Be able to work under pressure and good at working as team
