Sales & Marketing Executive
- Verify customers’ needs and pains
- Design logistics service model , option and solution for offering to potential customers
- Daily follow up customers’ orders
- Daily coordination with Logistics Planning Canter team to make sure that all orders management are correct and smooth.
- Daily coordination with Shipping Team to make sure that import and export schedule and also shipping documents are correct and on plan
- Daily coordination with Field Services Operation Team to make sure that truck supply availabilities, Product availabilities in warehouse are ready to transport and loading.
- Responsive and feedback to customers for updating logistics services progression to meet customers’ needs and expectations.
- Daily coordination with Accounting & Finance Team to make sure that all invoices already issuing are correct and customers will pay before due date as mutual agreement document.
- Make monthly sales plan and demand forecast
- Push logistics service sales as well as create sales techniques and marketing tool in order to :
- Increase sales volume and Find more customers
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales target
- And gain more market share year by year
- Make monthly report and submit directly to Manager
- At least Bachelor Degree in Sale and Marketing or equivalence degree
- Understanding of general logistics business
- Having import and export experiences
- Having shipping line network and knowledge
- At least Two years experiences in Sale and Marketing
- Good attitude and positive thinking
- Very Strong in problem solving skill
- Good command English in writing, speaking, reading and listening
- Good in presentation skill for monthly meeting and also with customers and suppliers
- Good relationship management with colleagues, suppliers and customer oriented skills
- Good communication in English and practical terms in logistics business is an advantage
- Good command in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Result oriented and self-motivation
- Attention to details , strong commitment and desire to self-develop
- Excellent organizational skills and has the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Be able to go outside for customers visiting and logistics market survey and update information.
- Be able to travel the provinces and oversea business trip
- Be able to work as the team
- Be able to work cross-functions
