Sales Agent
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Salary: $300 - $700 + Commission
Compensation and Benefits:
- Performance-based incentives.
- Incentives to comply with Cambodia Labor Law, including NSSF (National Social Security Fund), seniority benefits, etc.
- Consumer Outreach
- Contacting consumers directly to promote and sell our products (motorbike sales/insurance).
- Communicating product specifications, features, and benefits effectively.
- Using your energy and motivation to engage potential customers and close sales.
- Lead Generation
- Identifying and contacting businesses that can provide consumer lists.
- Building relationships with potential partners to expand our reach.
- Finding new and creative ways to source leads and grow our customer base.
- Qualifications:
- No degree required; high school graduates and university graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Khmer and a good understanding of English is essential.
- Former military personnel or former athletes are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Demonstrate humility and a willingness to embrace challenges for personal and professional growth within the company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and energetic with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn product details and explain them to customers.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps for Business).
