Role summary
You lead the sales and student admission work every day. You manage the team, check that the sales process is done correctly, and also do sales yourself (calls, follow-up, meeting visitors). Your goal is to reach monthly enrollment targets and give clear, correct information to students and parents.
Working schedule: 5 days/week, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sales and student enrollment
- Target planning & performance control
- Team leadership, as well as training & onboarding of sales team
- Quality and customer service
- CRM and reporting
- Work with other departments
- Negotiable, annual performance bonus, NSF payments
- Sales experience (education/training is a plus).
- Experience leading a small team is preferred.
- Strong follow-up skills and comfortable with targets.
- Can use online CRM systems or Excel to track leads and results.
- English and Khmer languages, confident PC user
- Service-minded: polite, clear communication, and helpful attitude.

Role summary
You support student recruitment and enrollment. You contact leads, meet visitors, explain courses clearly, and help students complete registration. Your goal is to provide good service and help the team reach monthly enrollment targets.
Working schedule: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $ 350 (probation), increase after probation and NSF payments
- Sales and student enrollment (calls, follow-up, walk-in visitors, closing)
- Provide clear information and good customer service to students/parents
- Support student registration process (documents, payments steps, confirmations)
- Update online CRM system daily
- Sales or customer service experience (at least 1 year)
- Comfortable making phone calls and meeting customers face-to-face
- Good communication and polite service attitude
- Strong follow-up discipline and target-focused
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email, messaging apps)
- English and Khmer languages
