Sales Admin Specialist

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Sales / Marketing, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $500 - $600
Position Summary

Working time: Mon-Fri (9:00am-6:00pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support daily issue of distributor/MKT team/CS team related to Cambodia business
  • Tracking and Update claim A & P, compensation A&P of each distributor. Receive and review stock & promotion A&P.
  • Collect weekly order send to planning and follow up stock production to allocate and issue new contract then send contract out and follow up contract/support document.
  • Send out new promotion, price to issue new contract, and tracking promotion form for MKT follow weekly promotion
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.
  • Having prior experience in Customer Service is a plus.
  • Good English proficiency and good knowledge of using Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
Soft Skills
  • Flexible, can work under pressure, attention to detail
 
 

Sales Supervisor General Trade (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Sales / Marketing, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary

Working Time: Mon-Fri (8:00am-5:00pm), Sat: (8:00am-12:00pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the work quality of the salesman team, including field attachment and daily sales performance.
  • Daily stock check, follow up salesman sale route as planned, push sale product mix and sale volume to hit the daily and monthly targets.
  • Prepare weekly A&P report, daily sale report, promotion tracking, selling price, and display program.
  • Working on activities (Market Activation) and controlling/ leading salesman team to use POSM with quality
  • Summary monthly A&P, daily sales report, tracking promotion, display program, and summary POSM.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager
