Sale Supervisor

Directly Accountable to: Sale and Marketing Manager
Remuneration: Starting monthly salary will be set in the range of USD 550 to USD 700
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sale targets
- Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align with promotional activities
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular sales meetings and report team performance to management
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
- Conduct regular field visits to observe team performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and engage with key customers.
- Collect and analyze field data such as competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback
- Support team in closing deals, managing key accounts, and resolving customer issues on the ground
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and local partners
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Other tasks assigned by GM.

- Bachelor's Degree in sales & marketing, business administrative or related fields.
- At least working experience of sales & marketing for 3 years
- Experience in groceries market/Condense milk is preferable.
- Good English communication and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Positive attitude and willing to challenge the new things.
- Be able to travel locally.
- Good attitude, hard-working, honestly and strong communication.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Sales Executive

- Perform daily tasks of sales planning.
- Build a strong relationship with customers/purchaser.
- Visit and follow up with customers (retain old customers and create new customers).
- Clear understanding of customer information.
- Resolve customer complaints and raise the issue of customers to the sales management.
- Prepare a sales strategy to approach new customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and Monthly sales reports to supervisor.
- Other tasks assigned by sale leader.
