Background: MCGS Distribution Centre Co.,LTD is a well registered company in kingdom of Cambodia, launched in early 2017, We imported a high quality milk and baby products of a well-known brand from Australia/New Zealand. MCGS company imports products exclusively from Australia. The company have distributed products across Cambodia from Phnom Penh city to provinces by our professional team members. We have ambitious of expanding our sales and distribution services both locally and internationally to be the top in the country with our high potential teams.

Place in the organization: You will be a Team Member in Sale Department, working closely with others in sale team and colleagues in other departments in our office.

Sale Supervisor

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Sales / Marketing, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $550 - $700
Position Summary

Working: 5 day/week from Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:30PM)

Break: 12:00PM to 1:30PM

Directly Accountable to: Sale and Marketing Manager

Remuneration: Starting monthly salary will be set in the range of USD 550 to USD 700

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sale targets
  • Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align with promotional activities
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and report team performance to management
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
  • Conduct regular field visits to observe team performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and engage with key customers.
  • Collect and analyze field data such as competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Support team in closing deals, managing key accounts, and resolving customer issues on the ground
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and local partners
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Other tasks assigned by GM.

Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales & marketing, business administrative or related fields.
Work History:
  • At least working experience of sales & marketing for 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in groceries market/Condense milk is preferable.
  • Good English communication and writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Soft Skills
  • Positive attitude and willing to challenge the new things.
  • Be able to travel locally.
  • Good attitude, hard-working, honestly and strong communication.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
 
 

Sales Executive

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets based on company direction.
  • Perform daily tasks of sales planning.
  • Build a strong relationship with customers/purchaser.
  • Visit and follow up with customers (retain old customers and create new customers).
  • Clear understanding of customer information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and raise the issue of customers to the sales management.
  • Prepare a sales strategy to approach new customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and Monthly sales reports to supervisor.
  • Other tasks assigned by sale leader.
