Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in modern trade channels.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts such as retail chains under his/her supervising.
- Regularly Monitor, update and analyze sales performance, market trends, and as monthly doing the competitor activities survey.
- Ensure proper execution of trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store visibility follow the company’s guideline and as being on time.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional alignment to be on time.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performanceto meet the target set.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and gather market insights.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to National Sales Manager and or management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1–2 years in modern trade on the position.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data interpretation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Sale Representative
Position Circumstances

- Salary: Negotiable
- Negotiate shelf space, implement promotions, and ensure products availability in supermarkets and retail chain that assigned by line manager.
- Daily market visit by call card/plan & territories assigned by Line Manager
- Merchandising, Monitoring stock with FIFO and POSM controlling to make sure stocks inventory are most available and enough to sell effectively.
- Coordinate with store managers/ line controllers and or category buyers.
- Stock cleaning and merchandising for refilling stock must be full display based on the plan-o-gram.
- Making report on stocks, POSM inventory.
- Assist to MT Sales Supervisor in executing sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Report the market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities (Competitors’ activities).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and buyers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare weekly sales reports and present insights to the sales manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to gain holistic business exposure.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields, Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply
Work History:
- At least experience in sales, preferably with FMCG or similar Trading for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:

- Experience in Modern Trade channel Good communication
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) are preferred

Sale Admin
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Record and update customer’s profile and contact information.
- Cooperate with stock controllers and update stocks to sale teams
- Cooperate and work with delivery teams to Inform customer/ sale teams about goods delivered and follow up.
- Collect information from sale for competitor’s products, price.
- Report all transaction to National Sales Manager and line supervisor.
- Update the performance report by Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports to National Sales Manager and management team.
- Control all social media of the company such as Facebook page, boost post and Facebook ads.
- Other tasks might be assigned by National Sales Manager or line supervisor

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other related.
Work History:
- Previous experience in sales admin, or a similar role at least for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel and Advanced Excel) and other relevant software programs.
Soft Skills
