As Sales Supervisor – Modern Trade, you will own the day-to-day execution of our channel strategy across major supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and mini-marts. You'll lead a team of sales execuitives, manage relationships with key category buyers, and be accountable for sales volume, gross profit, and channel growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility to senior leadership and clear pathways for career progression.
- Lead & Coach: Supervise and develop a team of Modern Trade sales representatives — daily briefings, field coaching, and monthly performance reviews.
- Own the Numbers: Deliver monthly sales, gross profit, and distribution targets across all Modern Trade accounts.
- Manage Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with category buyers at AEON, Chip Mong, Lucky, Makro, 7-Eleven, Circle K, and other leading MT chains.
- Drive Growth: Open new accounts, secure new SKU listings, and execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Negotiate & Win: Lead trading term negotiations, listing fees, and promotional plans within approved pricing SOPs.
- Analyze & Decide: Use ERP data and Excel tools to track performance, identify gaps, and make smart commercial decisions.

- English - Good is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 4–6 years of sales experience in FMCG or food distribution, with at least 2 years supervising a team.
- Proven track record managing Modern Trade accounts in Cambodia.
- Experience in frozen, chilled, or cold chain products is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial sense — comfortable with margins, GP%, and account profitability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP/CRM systems.
- Fluent in Khmer; working English required for reporting and internal communication.
- Holds a valid driver's license and is willing to travel across Phnom Penh and provinces.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills.
