KJC Organization is Local NGO funded by Australian NGO, Dana Asia. Through collaboration with local and international partners, KJC has established bio secure facilities and a flock of high-quality chickens to sell into the local market. KJC employs villagers from impoverished backgrounds and offers poultry rearing training and hands-on experience in sustainable poultry farming and business management.

Position Summary

REPORT TO: Operation Manager

LOCATION: Based in Phnom Dei Village, Siemreap (Cambodia)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Build and keep strong relationships with regular customers / new clients to enlarge more business opportunities.
  • Promote our KJC production to new and existing customers
  • Work with KJC farm and Update sales lead to advisor teams
  • Achieve Sale Target and report daily activities
  • Assist in customer follow-up, sample preparation, and order processing
  • Monitor and update market / competitors’ trends and activities to management regularly.
  • Update sales reports and customers feedback to management.
  • Perform other tasks to be assigned by management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree of Sale/ Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3-year experience
  • Have knowledge with Poultry Production
  • Able to present decisions and arguments for action based on evidence
  • Honest, methodical and well-organized approach to marketing
  • Confident, friendly, and customer-focused
  • Fluent in Khmer and strong English language skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
