Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service
- Achieving sales targets by assisting customers, processing payments, and building relationships with dealers.
- Client Acquisition & Retention
- Proactively identify and develop new clients via calls, emails, and face-to-face visits. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management
- Receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Quality & Compliance
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing stock for quality and compliance with company standards, and identifying discrepancies.
- Replenishment & Merchandising
- Ensuring proper product display, maintaining adequate stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations, and executing promotional campaigns.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Analyze client needs and provide actionable feedback to the design and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Data Collection & Reporting
- Collecting market information (e.g., competitor activities, customer profiling) and submitting daily or monthly sales and stock reports. Accurately record all sales activities, client information, and opportunity pipelines in the CRM system. Submit regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Languages:
- English - Basic
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma in relevant sales experience may also be considered
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field
Work History:
- Sale in Food and Beverage for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience in handling distributors, retailers, or wholesalers is preferred.
- Experience using inventory or POS systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Knowledge of merchandising and product display techniques.
- Basic accounting and cash handling skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and mobile sales applications.
