The highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing transportation and logistics team. In this role, will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing freight and logistics contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales.
- Proactively identify and prospect potential new customer through cold
- calling, networking, industry events, referrals and market research in logistics and transportation sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide regular follow-ups.
- Prepare quotation, sale proposal and tender document.
- Follow up on the quotation and assist customers through the sale process.

Reporting to Senior Management, this role oversees end-to-end transport execution—including linehaul, last-mile delivery, fleet maintenance, and vendor management. The ideal candidate balances strong leadership, data-driven cost control, strict safety adherence, and local regulatory compliance to support business growth.
- Operational Oversight & Execution
- Daily Workflow Management: Direct daily fleet routing, dispatching, driver assignments, and shipment tracking to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) across all Cambodia routes.
- 3PL & Fleet Optimization: Manage both internal fleets and subcontracted transport partners to balance capacity, maximize truck utilization, and lower cost-per-ton/kilometer.
- Process Enhancement: Standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across dispatch, cross-docking, loading, and unloading operations to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Team Leadership & Performance
- People Management: Direct, mentor, and evaluate dispatchers, route planners, driver coordinators, and administrative staff.
