Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out the company's strategies and plans to plan and manage sales to achieve the goals set
- Continuously offer the products of Distribution Transformer, Instrument Transformer, Switchboard, Disconnected Switch
- Analyze market trends and competitors to formulate effective strategies.
- Continuously develop relationships and monitor the satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and prepare report
- Monitor, oversee, and follow up on work processes to ensure alignment with established systems and procedures for collective objectives

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Thai is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in or higher in Business, Management, Electrical Engineering, or other related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experiences in Medium Voltage and High Voltage
- Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
- Fluent in English and Special consideration for those who is able to speak Thai.
Soft Skills
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and strong service mind.
- Able to work in both Phnom Penh and Pursat, as well as travel to other provinces.
