Conditions of Sale
- Public Sales (Sealed – Bid Sale and Tax).
- The vehicle will be sold to the bidder with the highest bid. Those who wish to bid shall deposit USD100.00 for one vehicle. This deposit will be returned who does not succeed in bidding. For the successor, this deposit will be settled with the bidding amount. However, if he/she rejects this success, this deposit will not be returned.
- A successful bidder must be paid within 5 working days after receiving information.
- The vehicle will be sold in its present condition without any warranty whatsoever.
- Buyer is accountable for the ownership transfer expense incurred.
- Right to Reject and Award.
- Our company reserves the right to reject the award to the highest bidder should there be any conflict of interest found by the bidder and will be automatically disqualified.
- Cost.
- Payment of cost necessary to effect removal and transport of the vehicle from the company shall be the responsibility of the bidder.
