- Solve customers’ problems and feedback to the company
- Greeting Customers and provide good customer service and follow up an order
- Estimate sales volume and plan monthly sales
- Understand and explain product usage to customers and dealers
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and consumer behavior.
- Gather through surveys, focus groups, and other methodologies.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support product development and marketing strategies with research findings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Assist in setting up KPI tracking for market research impact.
- Other tasks assigned by marketing director.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Management, or related field
- At least three years’ experience
- Must be honest and responsible
- Good knowledge in English or Chinese is plus
- Good communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel

Senior Tax Accounting (2 Positions)
Probation Period: Negotiable
Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00PM
Working Day: Monday to Saturday
Holiday: Sunday and National Holiday
- Prepare monthly financial statement
- Control account receivable & account payment
- Manage petty cash and process payment
- Prepare monthly & yearly tax declaration
- Booking daily transaction
- Prepare invoice
- Prepare purchase order
- Prepare list fix assets and manage asset depreciation
- Prepare payroll and bank reconciliation
- Dealing with tax officer
- Control task assign to teamwork
- Check voucher payment and receivable
- Check and control inventory in the company
- Book keeping
- Dealing with tax officer
- Review all requests for payment
- Other tasks related to accounting work
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance & banking or related field
- Have experience 3 years or up
- Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Accounting standard and Cambodia Taxation is desirable
- Ability to perform under pressure and to keep within tight deadline
- Have experience work as accounting in the Tax consultant company is plus.
Business Development Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Fully responsible for the results of the work.
- Partially responsible for the results of the work.
- Provide Support to the person accountable for the results of the work.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports and market analyses to management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to guarantee seamless execution of new initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in English is required; Chinese or additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development activities.

Customer Service Relation Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Responsible for answering inbound calls, emails, and chats and resolving customers' queries related in the pre- and post-journey
- Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders.
- Working with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Understanding effective meeting processes and practices and the importance of meeting KPIs.
- Receive customers’ orders from Sale team and/or from customers directly, create Sale Orders (SO) in SAP.
- Co-ordinate with the internal teams (Sale/ Operator/ Warehouse /Finance) to proceed smoothly the whole process of a Sale Order.
- Actively call customers to propose new products
- Receive customers’ complaints and co-ordinate with other internal teams to handle until it is solved.
- Ensure good performance on Customer Service related elements such as on-time SO creation, SO accuracy, Customer satisfaction.
- Handle all Internal and External customer complaints.
- Support and follow COD customer.
- Record and resolve any customer invoice inquiries
- File all customer orders
- Update customer information in various record
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by management team.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English, Khmer and Chinese is plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Testing,
- Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various queries
