  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
 
 

Area Sale Manager (1 Position)

  • Feedback and market research
  • Reporting to Business Managers Collaborating with Business Manager to establish & execute a sales goal for the region
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of my company’s products
  • Researching the targets and goals set for my area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding my customer base
  • Servicing the need of my existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and my team as a whole
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
