Sale Manager
Schedule : Full time (Monday-Friday 8:00am – 17:00pm, Saturday 8:00am -12:00pm)
Salary : Based on education and work experience
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the company’s target reach
- Actively and consistently seeks new customers within Watermech focus markets
- Research customers’ needs and resolves problem
- Visit customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sale opportunities and provide technical information
- Give technical support in person, by email and phone
- Delivers sales presentations and closes sales in a professional manner
- Travels with supplier, sale representative as well as travel alone to visit customers
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Perform other tasks as requested by Director
- Have similar experiences or education backgrounds in Water Engineering or related field
- 5 years of field sales experience or equivalent within the water industry/water supply market
- Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both technical and business terms
- Excellent customer relations skills

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Have self-motivated, open-minded, confident, patient and positive attitude
- Be able to work under pressure and working long time
