Sale Executive (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Sales / Marketing, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $400 - $600
Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales opportunities with HORECA customers, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, canteens, food service operators, cafés, and bakeries.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Increase product penetration and market share.
  • Expand distribution coverage across assigned territories.
  • Identify and acquire new HORECA customers.
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, restaurant owners, hotel procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits according to the approved route plan.
  • Other tasks as assign by management.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
  • Chinese - Simplified - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field
Work History:
  • Sales experience in HORECA, FMCG, Food service, Dairy, Beverage, or Condiment categories for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience managing key accounts and contract negotiations is preferred.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English or Chines and Khmer.
 
 

Sale Key Account (2 Positions)

Sales Representative (3 Positions)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Sales / Marketing, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $300 - $450
Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail stores, mini marts, wholesalers, and distributors according to the assigned route plan.
  • Promote and sell Goodday Milk products to existing and new customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and stock rotation at customer outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit them on time.
  • Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Collect payments from customers when required, following company procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Work History:
  • Sales experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are an advantage.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license and own transportation.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned sales territory.
Soft Skills
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
