Sale Executive
Position Circumstances

- Salary: $400 - $500
Work schedule: Monday–Saturday; Cambodian public holidays.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Draft and implement a sales and marketing strategy to expand marketing , with a focus on outlets.
- Make daily reports send to Company.
- Make monthly reports send to Company.
- Set achievable sales targets and deliver on them through direct engagement and proactive selling.
- Carry out regular market research new outlets.
- Build and follow up strong relationships with clients procurement managers, including expatriate decision-makers.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and follow-up to build long-term partnerships.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and deliver practical marketing activities, including social media, direct outreach, and small-scale promotional events.
- Social Impact & NGO Alignment
- Ensure that all sales activities are aligned with customers
- Provide feedback to management on how market growth is improving income and opportunities for local communities.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Work History:
- Experience in sales and/or marketing for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of marketing tools (social media, promotions, direct outreach).
Soft Skills
- Passion for social impact and willingness to represent in every interaction.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage clients.
- Organised, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Khmer and English language skills are essential.
