Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales forecasts and operational plans to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and production capacity to support accurate demand and supply planning.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and production teams to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product availability.
- Participate in monthly S&OP meetings to review forecast accuracy and performance indicators.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support management in strategic decision-making.
