Baby Brid Co., Ltd is a private limited company working in the agricultural/Food production arena to promote and grow organic Kampot Pepper, chili, lime, lemon, avocado, orange, coconut, durian, pomegranate in its farm in Damnak Chang Eur village, Prey Thom commune, Kep City, Kep province. Our Baby Bird company always seek to only produce and market the highest quality, organic, original, tasty, healthful, fruits, vegetables, and value-added food products and we have raising cows, bee and earthworm.

We are urgently looking for strong and capable candidates to fill the below listed positions. All candidates (in addition to the specific qualifications listed) must be; outgoing, open minded, creative, passionate and egalitarian minded people. Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Salary negotiable, equal to experience and skills. Salary can be substantially increased as performance is proven.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • In charge of create and develop farm to market system for all our superior natural farm and food products including:
  • Kampot pepper (Red, black, White and Green)
  • Citrus (Hawaii, Eureka, Dekapon, Meyer, Lisbon, Finger lime, Kumquat etc.)
  • Avocado (Reed, Hass, Lamb Hass, Gem Hass, Pinkerton)
  • Ginger and Turmeric
  • And Value-added food products
  • Candidate must work with designer, packaging company, buyer, seller, and distributor both in Cambodia and internationally to sell all our products to as many high-end customers in food products holder, market, restaurant, hotel and all food and beverage, possible chief.
  • Send out invoice to customer and collected sale invoice
  • Communicate and email with customer and clients
  • Working with logistic company for import and export products.
  • Report sale products to CEO

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration related to fields or equal professional experience/skills
Work History:
  • At least experience in marketing field for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Knowledge and experience in sale
  • Thorough understanding social media
  • Solid knowledge marketing techniques principle
  • Good analytical, creative problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Khmer and English. Other languages would be an advantage.
  • Ability to use Ms. Office and email
Soft Skills
  • Confident, organized, good communication skills
  • Good cooperation with Designer and others company

Food Processing

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Salary negotiable, equal to experience and skills. Salary can be substantially increased as performance is proven.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain the stock all kind of the products in the farm.
  • Work closely with farm supervisor to understand of the crop’s productions.
  • Communicate and email with customer and clients
  • Research and manage of ordering and purchasing of supplies and products for the company.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly report to farm manager
  • Receiving & checking raw materials (Farm production fruits, Kampot pepper, farm sauce)
  • Cleaning, sorting, and grading farm products.
  • Processing operations like cutting, grinding, cooking, drying, freezing
  • Operating and monitoring machines
  • Quality control & testing (taste, texture, safety, hygiene)
  • Packaging & labeling products
  • Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
  • Storage and inventory management
  • Reducing waste and improving efficiency
  • Research new recipe for processing all kinds the fruit have in the farm.

Assistant Farm supervisor

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily farm operations and guide farm assistants and laborers
  • Assign tasks and monitor work quality (planting, harvesting, feeding, cleaning, etc.)
  • Ensure animal welfare / crop health by following best farming practices
  • Operate and oversee farm equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Train new workers on safety procedures, tools, and farm protocols
  • Enforce health, safety, and biosecurity standards
  • Assist with scheduling and workforce planning
  • Monitor supplies and inventory (feed, seeds, tools, chemicals)
  • Keep basic records and reports (production, attendance, incidents)
  • Support the Farm Manager/Supervisor in meeting production targets

  • At least in a supervisory or leadership role for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, Crop Production, or related field (Relevant hands-on experience may substitute formal education)
  • Valid basic safety or farm operations training (preferred)
  • Ability to read, write, and complete basic farm records and reports
  • Strong knowledge of crop and/or livestock management practices
  • Basic knowledge of fertilizers, Bio-pesticide, feeds, and animal health
  • Ability to identify and report diseases, pests, or equipment faults
  • Basic computer skills (advantage)
Soft Skills
  • Strong time management and task-planning ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
  • Willingness to live on-site (if required)
  • Honest, reliable, and disciplined
