Golden Tree Co., Ltd was founded in 2006. Golden Tree Co., Ltd owns VTrust Tower. VTrust Tower is one of the class B buildings which provides office space for rent in Phnom Penh city. Construction of VTrust Tower was commenced in 2010 and substantially completed in September 2019 and the business started to serve the customers in late 2019. With the first six months of operation, the company entered into an agreement with several entities such as Prudential, Robert Bosch, Mersk and CIMB. To support the expansion, Golden Tree Co. Ltd is looking for qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

Announcement Positions

Sale and Marketing Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Promote, demonstrate and sell the range of products and services
  • Respond to customers’ requests for product information and quotations
  • Assist with providing training to new and existing customers
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for designated market segments
  • Develop new advertising sales business and grow existing business
  • Carries out the entire sales process from initial contact to close
  • Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets and maximize profitability
  • Identify & develop new sales leads with a drive to grow revenue streams
  • Maximize customer facing activities with the ability to listen, understand and communicate strategic solutions, utilizing effective discovery techniques to uncover sales opportunities
  • Produce sales reports & forecasts, analyze market & sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue & market share and monitor sales performance to exceed established revenue plan
  • Oversee day-to-day performance of advertising partnerships and integrate across internal departments to ensure collaboration & optimization to develop successful campaign solutions.
  • Maintain client/agency relationships
  • Interact with key decisions-makers across the organization to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Participates in mentoring less experienced members of the team
  • Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or other related field
  • At least 2 years experiences in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate industry
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese ability is a plus.
  • Open mind and willing to learn new thing
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Initiative and good team player
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Professional and meticulous character with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as : Word, Excel, PowerPoint….
 
 

Content Creator

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
  • Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
  • Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
  • Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn
  • Analyse web traffic to measure the success of the content
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in language art, journalism, communication, marketing, or other related fields
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Possess good written skills in Khmer and English with diligent eye for grammar
  • 2 years experiences in copywriting and content marketing
  • Good at creative thinking skills
  • Experience in social media content creation is a plus
 
 

Admin Assistance

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure office environment and building are in well-maintenance by following policies and procedures
  • Keep up-to-date Policy and Standard Operations Procedure of General Administration
  • Manage and control all inventory, stationary, Fixed asset, and Non-Fixed asset
  • Do research on the competitive price of office supplies and equipment
  • Prepare internal voucher and process the payment to vendors
  • Negotiate and maintain all contacts with vendors
  • Ensure domestic and international travels are well arranged.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1-year experience in related function n of administration
  • Good knowledge of Office Management
  • Good communication in English both speaking and writing, proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills, organization skills, and task-skills
  • Honesty, hardworking and ability to work in multi-tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point) and E-mail.
 
 

Receptionist

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors.
  • Provide initial information to visitors.
  • Prepare and manage the register log.
  • Issue and manage visitors and constructor cards.
  • Prepare and manage the coupons and stationery.
  • Prepare the parking report.
  • Check and make sure the working areas are cleaned.
  • File document correctly and priority.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • At least 1-year experience in related function.
  • Good knowledge of office management.
  • Good communication in English both speaking and writing, and proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and task-oriented.
  • Honesty, hardworking, and ability to work on multi-tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point) and E-mail.
  • Mature, highly driven individual who is passionate about the job and possess good leadership skill.

Financial Analyst

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Documentation
  • Market research
  • Investor and other stakeholder’s relation
  • Strategy formulation
  • Financial analysis and projection ,and not least ,deal sourcing
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or accounting or related field which focus on investment
  • Pursuing ACCA ,CAT or other finance designation is preferable
  • 1-year of working experience preferable ,but not required
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in English and/or Chinese is preferable
  • Honesty, hardworking and able to work on multi-tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point) and E-mail
