We are a newly created company, specialized in importation and distribution of gourmet food, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (main workplace) and we are looking for a talented Sale Admin to join our Team.

Reporting: General Manager
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm.
- Sales Admin:
- Receive orders from clients, salespeople,
- Prepare Sales Orders in the ERP
- Manage deliveries with operation team (delivery men),
- Assure customer services after sales,
- Admin task:
- Handles all formalities related to visa extension, work permit, staff’s movement declaration with Min of Labor,
- Maintain proper HR practice and support administrative documents,
- Support in all recruitment activities,
- Prepare any admin letters as company needs,
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned,
- Preparing Job description by each position and posting
- Recruiting Staff as management required
- To maintain proper HR practice and support administration documents
- To check staff attendance and record working hours
- Set up HR Policy in company to maintain employee performance
- Staff management and coordinate in daily processing
- Maintain employee records such as attendance, annual leave (soft and hard copies)
- Office equipment acquisition
- Maintaining organized and accurate records, updating databases, calendars, and other files
- Managing daily operations, such as reviewing employee performance
- Prepare any administration letters as company indeed
- Coordinate with Custom officer if company indeed
- Maintain daily AP/AR in company
- Check and verify sale from customer which will be recorded in prosper ways
- Prepare payroll and settlement
- Other tasks assign by General Manager

- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or related field.
- Experience in a similar position for 3 years as a minimum
- Good level of English both verbal and written
- Understanding of food supply business is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of the end-to-end sales process (from sales order to delivery)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints
- Ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and punctuality
- High level of honesty and integrity
