Risk Management Manager

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in RM departments.
  • Manage and organize Risk Management team to provide a high standard of Risk Management.
  • Dealing: New Account Opening Process, Change Information, Deposit and Withdrawal request.
  • Follow up clients’ complaints and requests with related departments.
  • Build and maintain client database and filing system.
  • Generate summary business report.
  • Approve and instruct the risk management team for withdrawal process.
  • Monitor of margin in and margin out process in MT4 and MT5 manager in system.
  • Monitor clients’ transactions and inform the management about abnormal transactions.
  • Manage and arrange manpower to operate daily performance smoothly.
  • Be sure Account Opening, Deposit and Withdrawal process are in the right flow.
  • Assign task to teamwork related to checking email, answering phone call, and call confirmation.
  • Make sure all clients’ requests and complaints are solved timely.
  • Submit Deposit, Withdrawal Request List to Finance Department.
  • Approve and sign with company’s chop on client agreement.
  • Manage and control clients’ enquiry and database.
  • Make approval on “Change Information Request and withdrawal request”.
  • Support Prepare system problem and website problem report and submit to Management.
  • Sending an email to instruct RM officer to margin out from MT4 manager.
  • Observe the abnormal trading and clients’ transactions.

Property Manager

Position Summary

Working Hours:

9:00 am to 18:00 pm (9 hours including 1 hour lunch/dinner time), depends on the actual situation for the time shift.

Job Descriptions:

The Property Manager leading the sales team to execute leasing & sales activities,assists the General Manager in carrying out the day-to-day activities of the rental sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The Property Manager reports to the General Manager is also responsible for:
  • Seek for new listing
  • Maintain a relationship with owners and tenants
  • Lease properly for owner and screening of tenants
  • To engage and screen potential tenants
  • Collect monthly statement from colleague and send to owner monthly
  • Assist on necessary maintenance and repairs to the property
  • Shall inform the owner about the damage or wear and tear of the inventory and search the service and supply for the owner
  • Provide the quote and the duration to fix
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

  • Create monthly invoice to head office
  • Work closely with head office accountant
  • Managing all owner accounts.
  • Other tasks assign by line manager
Requirements:
  • Have experience in accounting for 1 year.
  • Work Independence.

Receptionist

  • Keep calm while working otherwise it will create a bad impression on the people you come across and the whole organization for which you is working.
  • As a receptionist who is responsible for interacting with people and very important to be very good at communication, have to friendly and build good relationship with people.
  • The voice has to be sweet, clear and confident.
  • Always dress up with the professional uniform and make up all the time.
  • Always pay attention to the customer and be the first to asking them (May I help you or anything you need my help)
