The Retail Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Beauty Advisors in a retail setting. They provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure that the team delivers exceptional customer service and achieves sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Lead the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all doors.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure the store is properly merchandised and maintained to reflect the brand image.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Brand Managers to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new product launches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports, including sales performance, promotion results, and manpower updates.
- Monitor stock levels, tester usage, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail guidelines.
- Handle monthly staff commission calculations and roster preparation.

Languages:

Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cosmetics, beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- Basic computer skills, e.g., email, Microsoft Office including Excel / PowerPoint / Word.
