The Retail Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Beauty Advisors in a retail setting. They will provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure that the team delivers exceptional customer service and achieves sales targets.
Note: This position for Cosmetics products
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure that the store is properly merchandised and maintained to reflect the brand image.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Brand Managers to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new product launches.

Languages:

Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cosmetics / beauty / fragrance / fashion industry is preferred.
- Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- Basic computer skills – e.g., emailing, Microsoft office including Excel / PowerPoint / Words.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for beauty.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
