Retail Development Manager
Position Circumstances

Reporting Line: VP – Engineering & Retail Development
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop new service stations subject to budget availability.
- Develop new business opportunities in the Retail Department
- Identify and secure potential locations for new stations across Cambodia.
- Support station renovation and knock-down/rebuild projects.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Division on station design and construction.
- Assist in SFS (Shop, Food, Services) development and station segmentation.
- Manage contract renewals and expirations for existing stations.
- Monitor competitor development plans and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with Retail Steerco strategies and policies.
- Coordinate with Singapore retail development team for updates and alignment.
- Ensure dealer compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Support license acquisition for new and existing stations.
- Develop long-term retail development plans.
- Assist in expanding the contractor network to accelerate development.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering field
Work History:
- At least of experience in oil and retail market development for 5 years

- Strong understanding of service station operations and customer needs.
- Excellent English communication skills.

- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Having a valid driving license
