Retail Development Manager
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Reporting Line: VP – Engineering & Retail Development
- Develop 10–12 new service stations annually, subject to budget availability.
- Develop new business opportunities in the Retail Department.
- Identify and secure potential locations for new stations across Cambodia.
- Convert competitor stations to TotalEnergies branding.
- Support station renovation and knock-down/rebuilding projects.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Division on station design and construction.
- Assist in SFS (Shop, Food, Services) development and station segmentation.
- Manage contract renewals and expirations for existing stations.
- Monitor competitor development plans and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with Retail Steerco strategies and policies.
- Prepare approval files for submission to MD and APME.
- Coordinate with Singapore retail development team for updates and alignment.
- Ensure dealer compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Support license acquisition for new and existing stations.
- Develop long-term retail development plans.
- Assist in expanding the contractor network to accelerate development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field.
- At least 5 years of experience in oil and retail market development.
- Strong understanding of service station operations and customer needs.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Having a valid driving license
