The position is to oversee daily operations, team management, and the overall guest experience at our farm restaurant in Kampot.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage, schedule, and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, control margins, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle reservations, customer flow, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead engaging cooking class experiences for our international guests showcasing Cambodian cuisine and La Plantation's signature spices and peppers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and product quality.
- Report on performance indicators to the management team.
- Perform daily cash inventory and ensure accurate transaction handling.
- Conduct daily reporting, including sales performance and key operational updates.
- Working time from 8am to 5pm. No evening shifts—lunch service only.

Bar Manager
Position Circumstances

The position is to oversee daily operations, team management, and the overall guest experience at our Bar in Kampot.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and run daily bar operations.
- Train, supervise, and support a team of 6 staff members, in service techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage bar inventory and waste.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and always guest-ready.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience through direct, engaging service.
- Report daily bar performance and sales to the management team.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks and snacks plates with consistency and efficiency.
- Proactively suggest improvements and new ideas of the overall bar offer.
- Opening time: 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week.
