The Resource Mobilization Officer is responsible for the successful marketing of WMC products for self-generated income (SGI) and for the relations with WMC major NGO partners, clients that he/she provides with up-to-date and customized information about production properties, price and quotations through a pleasant relationship of trust and professionalism. This role manages all information to ensure that a satisfactory contract signed with mutual benefit for the client and for WMC business.
Contract type: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
Report to: Executive Director
- WMC products marketing and Market creation
- Is responsible for successful marketing of WMC products for self-generated income, making sure the value and uniqueness of WMC production is properly communicated through successful promotion, distribution and sale;
- Represents WMC and effectively markets all its productions through established networks and liaisons;
- Develops Digital marketing plan;
- Develops marketing materials such as radio/video spot, poster, brochure, flyer as soft and hard copy;
- Ensure that all production lists (internal database) are updated and the most relevant video and radio clips are regularly posted on WMC website and social media;
- Searches for new connections in order to expand the network of customers and stakeholders;
- Shares strengths and weaknesses of competitors with Management team.
- Coordination with partners/clients
- Liaise with the Radio and Video production teams in order to obtain up-to-date information and documentation about production properties, prices and schedules;
- Builds and develops relationships with the customers (calling, meeting, sending documentation, follow up), providing them with information about: production properties, price and quotations;
- Develops client’s or partner’s idea through discussion and reports back to them;
- Prepares quotations of the Radio program or Video production translating the client needs
- into proposals;
- Assists and prepares the Radio broadcasting schedule for the client, in order to provide him/her with a precise broadcasting plan;
- Develops, manages and facilitates the process of agreement signing by forwarding contract and other documentation to the stakeholders;

- Provides the monthly and quarterly reports about marketing activities to the Management team;
- Attends trainings, workshops and meetings as requested by donors and relevant stakeholders including customers;
- Performs other duties as required by the ED;
- Work closely with the Business Development/Market consultant to implement marketing plan aligned with organizational objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field. Understanding about traditional and digital media is preferred.
- At least of relevant experience in marketing, communication or sales for a corporate, social enterprise, NGO, governmental agency, service agency or related field for 3 years
- Working experience in gender issues is highly preferable.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
