Reservations Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Make reservations for customers based on their various needs and requirements.
- Check the availability of helicopters on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Book flight schedules for customers and other customer services related matters.
- Answer inquiries regarding helicopter services and registration by email and by telephone.
- Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Perform other promotion activities and some other work duties as assigned by the company.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned to by the direct supervisor.
- Experience working in sales or public relations, experience from a tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Customer-service experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using Google Calendar.
- Flexible working hours.
