ម៉ោង​ធ្វើការ​៖ ៧:០០ព្រឹក​ - ៥:០០ល្ងាច​ (សម្រាក​ ២ម៉ោង​)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • រៀបផលិតផលចូលថង់តូចៗ និងអ៊ុតមាត់ថង់
  • រៀបថង់តូចៗក្នុងបាវ និងដេរមាត់បាវ
  • រៀបបាវនីមួយៗដាក់លើបាឡែត
  • សហការ និងចូលរួមអនុវត្តអនាម័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន
  • ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំ និងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈផ្សេងទៀត

  • មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ ប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវសុជីវធម៌ និងសីលធម៌។
 
 

Research and Product Development (1 Position)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Starting date: November 2025

Working day: Monday - Saturday

Working hour: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour break)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support food safety and improve taste, texture, and quality of new products through research.
  • Conduct research on new products, including ingredients, flavors, and physical/chemical testing.
  • Set goals and create project plans with clear timelines and budgets.
  • Develop R&D strategies that match the company’s goals.
  • Work closely with teams like product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to guide product development.
  • Supervise a product research specialist, product sourcing specialist, and graphic artist.
  • Understand customer needs and use feedback to improve products.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
 
 

Food Specialist (1 Position)

Position Summary

Starting date: November 2025

Working day: Monday - Saturday

Working hour: 8:00am – 5pm (1 hour break)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Food Safety
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards during production, handling, and storage.
  • Conduct Product Research
  • Study ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods to improve or create new food products.
  • Perform Quality Control
  • Test food products for taste, texture, appearance, and shelf life.
  • Support Product Development
  • Assist in developing recipes, formulations, and packaging that meet customer and market needs.
  • Stay Updated on Regulations
  • Keep up with food laws, labeling requirements, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Teams
  • Work with R&D, marketing, sourcing, and production teams to bring products to market.
  • Analyze Consumer Feedback
  • Review customer input to refine products and ensure satisfaction.
  • Document and Report
  • Maintain records of tests, procedures, and product specifications.
