Announcement Description

The NGO Forum on Cambodia (NGOF) is a membership-based organization committed to promoting participatory, inclusive, and sustainable development in Cambodia. NGOF works closely with civil society organizations, community-based organizations, government institutions, development partners, and local communities to influence policies, laws, and practices that advance social justice, environmental sustainability, and equitable development.

As the National Land Coalition (NLC) Cambodia facilitator and a member of the International Land Coalition (ILC), NGOF actively promotes people-centered land governance, women’s land rights, Indigenous Peoples’ rights, and inclusive decision-making processes.

In 2026, NGOF, together with ILC Asia and regional partners, will organize the “Regional Gathering on Women Farmers’ Rights and Recognition in Asia: Advancing Equity, Visibility, and Sustainable Livelihoods.” The regional event will bring together representatives from Asia to exchange experiences, strengthen partnerships, share good practices, and develop recommendations to advance women farmers’ rights and recognition.

In parallel, NGOF is implementing the LANDex 2.0 initiative in Cambodia to generate evidence-based data on land governance, women’s land rights, Indigenous Peoples’ territorial rights, tenure security, and inclusive decision-making. The findings will contribute to national advocacy, policy dialogue, and regional learning processes.

To ensure effective coordination of both the regional event and LANDex 2.0 research, NGOF seeks to recruit a qualified consultant. Currently, the NGO Forum is seeking qualified Cambodian candidate for “a full-time Research and Event Management Consultant.”
