Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Purchaser)

Invites you to submit a Quote (Your Quote) for the supply of Office design and fit-out works for the Australia Cambodia Partnership for Climate Resilience (ACP4Climate) Program Office in Phnom Penh. (Supply)

To assist you in the preparation of Your Quote, please find attached a Request for Quote including a Response Form and proposed Contract.

Your Quote must be submitted using the Response Form by the Closing Date specified in this Reference Schedule and must remain valid and open for acceptance for the Quote Validity Period specified.

Your Quote will be evaluated against the Evaluation Criteria outlined in the Request for Quote.

If Your Quote is accepted, Supply will be in accordance with the proposed Contract. (Part C).

This Request for Quote consists of five parts that are attached to and form part of this RFQ:

Part B – Scope of Services

Part C – Draft Contract

Part D – Supplier’s Response Form; and

Any attachments listed

Suppliers should carefully read Parts A-D – including any additional accompanying attachments. Quotes deemed non-conforming by Tetra Tech International Development may be rejected.

Lodgement Method and Place

Quotations must be submitted via email using the subject line RFQ – ACP4Climate Office Fit Out.

Information to be provided by Suppliers as part of Quotation

• Completed Supplier Response Form (Part D)
• A brief proposal describing the proposed concept design and fit-out approach
• Estimated timeline
• A fixed lump sum price for development of the office concept design and layout
• An itemised cost estimate for proposed fitout works based on concept design including a breakdown of costs.
• Examples of similar office fit-out works (if available)
