PURPOSE

FHI 360/Cambodia is seeking quotations from reputable and registered suppliers for the procurement of twelve (12) items of Healthcare Waste Management, Cleaning and Hand Hygiene equipment and supplies. Please refer to the attached specifications and sample item photos, where applicable, for the detailed requirements. If proposing an alternative item, suppliers must clearly state this in the quotation and provide sufficient details for FHI 360 to assess compliance with the required specifications. Suppliers are requested to provide their price quotations in U.S. dollars at competitive and economical rates.

Submission Requirements

Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 20 October 2026 at 5:00 PM to the FHI 360 office address that provided in the contact details.

The Bidder/Seller is requested to keep the proposed prices valid until 31 December 2026 from the quotation submission date. If the Bidder/Seller proposes a different validity period, this must be clearly stated in the quotation or in an addendum to the RFQ.

  3. All PO Terms and Conditions are listed on our website at this link (hereinafter the “Terms”). Supplier’s delivery of products, performance of services, or issuance of invoices in connection with this purchase order establishes Supplier’s agreement to the Terms. The Terms may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.

All bidders/sellers are responsible to carefully review each attachment and follow any instructions that may be relevant to this procurement.
