PURPOSE

FHI 360/Cambodia is currently considering seeking reputable and registered suppliers and delivery of nine (9) items of Sterilization and Cleaning Consumables Please refer to the attached specifications and sample item photos, where applicable, for the detailed requirements. If proposing an alternative item, suppliers must clearly state this in the quotation and provide sufficient details for FHI 360 to assess compliance with the required specifications. Suppliers are requested to provide their price quotations in U.S. dollars at competitive and economical rates.

Submission Requirements

The quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 27 October 2026 at 5PM to the office mentioned in the contact details.

The Bidder/Seller agrees to hold the prices in its offer until 31 December 2026 or Mid-January 2027 (*) from the date specified for the receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in the addendum of the RFP/RFQ.
