PURPOSE

FHI 360/Cambodia is currently considering seeking reputable and registered suppliers to procure 2 Freezer-80oC (Brand Esco Lifesciences-Lexicon UUS-410D-1-SS: 410 L dual-system ULT freezer), and 2 Liquid Nitrogen Tank (Brand: Esco Singapore) (Please see the specification as attached) at the competitive and economical prices for its office. You are therefore requested for providing your price quotation in U.S. Dollars.  

Submission Requirements

The quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 14 September 2026 at 5PM to the office of FHI360 provided in the contact details.

The Bidder/Seller agrees to hold the prices in its offer until 15 November 2026 from the date specified for the receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in the addendum of the RFP/RFQ.

  3. All PO Terms and Conditions are listed on our Link (hereinafter the “Terms”). Supplier’s delivery of products, performance of services, or issuance of invoices in connection with this purchase order establishes Supplier’s agreement to the Terms. The Terms may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
