DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

OW4C is seeking a vendor to produce four radio Public Service Announcement (PSAs). The four PSAs must be focused on promoting the project’s technology tools – a Facebook chatbot and an integrated voice response system (IVR) and awareness raising on the services of One Window Service Offices. Each PSA will have a unique target audience: Cambodian citizens in general, youth, women, and persons with disabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Prospective vendors must submit the following information:

1. A contact name, email address, and telephone number to facilitate communication between OW4C and the prospective vendor.

2. General information about the vendor’s history and experience.

3. If a government, its agents, or agencies, have an ownership or managerial interest in the company, the prospective vendor must indicate this when submitting its offer. Failure to do so will result in the prospective vendor’s offer being removed from consideration.

4. A brief outline of the company/organization, including:

• Full legal name and address of the company or individual;
• Corporate and tax registration documents
• Full name of the legal representative (president or managing director) of
• the company (not applicable for individuals);
• Year business was started or established

5. A cost quotation detailed in United States Dollars, with all applicable taxes/charges clearly identified, provided against each of the categories of services described in this request.

6. Detailed description of past experiences providing similar services to international NGOs.

7. Prospective vendor must be legally registered in Cambodia and possess all licenses, permits and government approvals necessary for performance of the work.

8. All Responses shall be in the English language.
