Cord is currently looking for qualified suppliers to provide the Vehicle Rental Services for round trip from Phnom Penh to all target provinces of Cord works in Cambodia. We will select one or more suppliers to be included in Cord’s Preferred suppliers list.

Summary

General Requirements of Service Provider

  • Vehicle rental services with driver including fuel and maintenance, driver’s meal and accommodation
  • Vehicle is registered and must be in good condition and clean
  • Vehicle type: SUV (4-6 Seats) and Van (10-15 Seats)
  • Insurance package for passengers and third-party liability
  • Experienced driver with valid driving license

Travel Duration

  • 1 day, 2 days, 3days, 4 day, 5days, 6 days, 7days

Payment and Deliverables

  • Vehicle rental service providers are expected to one year engagement depending on the needs of the project.
  • Suppliers must submit their quotations with daily rate in USD for the above-mentioned travel destination and duration
  • The quotations should be valid for 12 months
  • Fee must include fuel, maintenance, driver’s meal and accommodation and any extra fee if using vehicle away from the provincial town.
  • Some activities may take place in remote areas outside provincial towns. Quotations must clearly indicate any additional fees or surcharges for remote-location travel, such as per-kilometre costs or fixed additional charges.

Evaluation Criteria

Selection into the Preferred supplier list will be made to the suppliers whose proposal is best determined to demonstrate the highest value for money in terms of service quality, price and meeting required specifications.
