Announcement Description

To achieve these goals, we work to redirect investment towards renewable energy and energy efficiency and help communities and businesses transition to lower carbon energy use.

WWF-Cambodia would like to invite seal bids from all interested registered bidders to provide Solar PV Equipment System (as detailed specifications in the Annex B)

12 sets of 200Wp solar system, 12 sets of 600Wp solar system, 4 sets of 4kWp solar system, 4 sets of solar water pumping system for school, 2 sets of solar water pumping system for community, Other tools and accessories. (Detailed in the Annex B)

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders are requested to submit their quotation, accompanied by the company profile, valid business registration documents (Patent Certificate and Tax Identification Number), client references (where applicable), proposed delivery schedule, payment terms, and a duly completed Tender Declaration Form. All documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Solar PV Equipment System” and delivered to the WWF-Cambodia Office provided in the contact details.

Deadline submission: Bidder must ensure that their quotations are delivered to the given address no later than 16 November 2026 at 17:00 PM. Any late submission shall not be honored.

The sealed quotation opening session will be held on 17 November 2026 at 10:00 AM at the WWF-Cambodia Office and will be overseen by the WWF Procurement Committee in accordance with WWF Procurement Guidelines. Bidders who wish to observe the quotation opening process are cordially invited to attend. The successful bidder will be formally notified upon completion of the evaluation and selection process.
