We are currently looking for a Vendor to supply Ready to Use Therapeutic Food to treat children with moderate and severe acute malnutrition in the provinces of Takeo, Kampot, Kompong Chhnang, and Kampong Speu.

Submission Requirements

Eligible Vendors may submit their quotations in response to the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ); quote can be submitted in one of the following ways through:

  • Electronically: Sign, stamp, scan, and send the quote as an attachment in PDF format to email or
  • Hard Copy: Submit a quote on company letterhead duly signed and stamped by an authorized individual and deliver to Helen Keller’s Office provided in the contact details.

Please review the Request for Quotations and submit the Quotation and RFQ by January 21st, 2025, at 5:00 pm, Cambodia Time (Phnom Penh). Only a successful quotation will be notified.
