Quotation’s due date and submission manner:
All quotations must be submitted in Hard Copy and in Sealed Envelope to address or email ( for clarification on RFQ only)provided in the contact details no later than:
Deadline for Receipt of Quotation: Friday 07th Aug 2026 at 11:00am
Please clearly specify the delivery schedule of each item in the quote.
Subject: Submission of Quotation for the supply of 25 motorcycles
Clarification of Solicitation Documents:
Supplier/vendors requiring any clarification on this request for quotation, may notify CRS in writing to the above email address. The response will be made in writing to any request for clarification of the RFQ that it receives earlier that one week prior to the deadline for the Submission of Quote. Written copies of CRS’s response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be published in the same manner as the present tender.
Instructions to bidding suppliers:
Delivery/ Stock Status: All motorbikes must be delivered to CRS Office within One Week after the PO/ Agreement is signed
- Language for RFQ Responses: KHMER/ ENGLISH
- All prices should be quoted in: US Dollars.
- Suppliers should attach the following documents.
- Certificate of Registration/ KH ID Card for Individual Business
- VAT Certificate (if applicable)
- Quotations will be rejected under following:
- Unsolicited
- Incomplete in aspects
- Do not meet the required specifications
- Request for quotes received after closing date.
- Payment terms: CRS requests payment term of Credit within 15 working days (subjected to selected suppliers and terms). The payment will be made after verification that the goods/ services are received as per specifications and Goods/ Services Received Note issues by the Purchaser with Invoice of Supplier.
- INCOTERMS: Door to Door delivery to the address: CRS Phnom Penh Office (above address)
